As a Business Development Lead, you will occupy a strategic role that overlaps between Lullabot’s sales and marketing efforts. You will be primarily responsible for initiating new business relationships to grow our sales pipeline. At Lullabot, business development is about quality over quantity, and our business development seeks to cultivate a positive client experience above all else. The Business Development Lead will report to Lullabot’s President.

Education & Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience in business development, digital agency sales, or marketing required. Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) preferred.
Availability: Full time (40 hours per week), U.S.-based candidate. Position is open until filled.
Salary Range: $70,000-95,000 annually, pay will be commensurate with experience.

We have flexible hours, but we tend to schedule meetings during the North American workday and expect employees to be online and available during most of this time.
